Not intending to play with headphones much, but will use the external volume knob. The ability to change the sound pack is a bonus. The front of the machine before. Headphone station will go on the left.PinSound before adding the headphone station.Grated speed holes in the floor of the cabinet. One of these will be used to pass the headphone cord into the cabinet.Inside the cabinet. One grate runs over the four speed holes.I used a half-inch drill bit to make a hole big enough for the headphone cable plug.Headphone cable run along the bottom of the cabinet and through the hole. Cable secured with staples.The front corner of the cabinet where the cable runs from the headphone station, secured with staples.The PinSound board with the headphone cable connected. The old CN3 connector, going to the internal volume control is removed.
