Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 ½ cups Apples (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour a 9×13” baking dish.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- Make a well in the center and add oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix well (batter will be thick).
- Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
- Spread batter in baking dish.
- Bake 40 – 50 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
