Roasted Chili Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Head of cauliflower, medium, cut into small florets
- 1 Bell pepper, cut into ½" chunks
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- ⅛ tsp Cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp Fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat over to 450℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix salt and spices in a small dish.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, oil, and spice mixture. Spread out on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, stir halfway through.
- Turn oven to broil. Add pepper to baking sheet.
- Broil for 6 minutes, stir halfway through.
