Roasted Chili Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head of cauliflower, medium, cut into small florets
  • 1 Bell pepper, cut into ½" chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • tsp Cayenne pepper
  • tsp Fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 450℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix salt and spices in a small dish.
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, oil, and spice mixture. Spread out on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, stir halfway through.
  • Turn oven to broil. Add pepper to baking sheet.
  • Broil for 6 minutes, stir halfway through.
