Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz meat (chicken breast or ground beef)
  • 2 cups Gravy (chicken or beef)
  • 1 cup Onion, diced (optional)
  • 4 servings Mashed potatoes
  • 1 box Pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup Cheddar, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Take out frozen pastry sheets to thaw.
  • Prepare chicken or beef as desired (with diced onion if desired).
  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Mix gravy and meat.
  • Cut 5" diameter circle from thawed pastry dough and roll out to 6". Repeat 8 times.
  • Place pastry circles in the cups of a large muffin tray.
  • Put ⅛ of the meat/gravy mixture in each cup, top with ⅛ of the mashed potatoes, and sprinkle ⅛ of the cheese on top.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until pastry is cooked.

Serving size is 2 pies.
